WHAT SHOULD I DO WHILE MY ORDERS ARE NOT IN MY ADDRESS?
If your orders have arrived at the address you have specified while you are not present, a note is left by the personnel of the cargo you have chosen, stating that your orders have been delivered to your address. Thus, you can go to the nearest cargo branch and receive your cargo.

HOW MANY DAYS WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?
Your orders are delivered within 24 hours to province and district centers up to 600 km away, and within 48 hours to regions farther than 600 km and outside the settlement. (EXCEPT EXTRAORDINARY SITUATIONS, FORCE MAJEURE, AIR, ROAD, NATURAL DISASTER SITUATIONS)

CAN MY ORDERS BE DELIVERED ON OFFICIAL HOLIDAYS?
Unfortunately, delivery is not possible on public holidays and Sundays.

CAN MY ORDERS BE DELIVERED THE SAME DAY?
When ordering our products, their stock status is indicated. On the same day, products with cargo label are delivered to the cargo company until 16:00 on the day you place your order.

Return Policy

In order for you to return the product or products you have purchased, first of all, you have received it with its original packaging, which was sent to you without causing damage or deterioration, together with the accessory or gift, if any, as well as with Aras or Yurtiçi cargo within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to you. You can send cash against.

For your returns and exchanges, IvaNatura covers the shipping costs of your return shipments if they are sent through the above-mentioned cargo company. When receiving your orders, first check that your cargo is not damaged or deformed. Do not forget that when you receive your cargo without performing this check, you are deemed to have declared that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

Please do not take delivery of the product and return it by opening your cargo in front of the personnel of the cargo company and keeping a record of your orders that you think are deformed.

The return and exchange period for the products you have purchased from www.ivanatura.com is maximum 14 days. Unfortunately, your return or exchange products exceeding 14 days will not be accepted.

The cost of return or exchange products sent to us within 14 days will be returned to you within 14 days.
You may not see it as a positive balance even though a refund has been made to your account or credit card by us for single payment or installment purchases with a credit card. This situation is completely caused by your bank. We recommend that you seek assistance from your bank’s customer service department regarding this matter.

For acceptance of all return conditions; IvaNatura will not accept returns due to differences in delivery and return conditions for any tearing, deterioration, destruction in the product and its packaging, in short for all problems that may prevent the appearance and use of the product, and will be sent back to the user with a counter-paid.
